The Lunch Date - Week 6

Working week number 6 of The Lunch Date project.
While there is still paint in my RGB Poscas I shall endeavour not to squander my midday hourly reprieve.

Next week's task: hone the 'Perpetual Motion' concept.

The Owl & The Inkwell

Two of my loves collided with this project - drawing feathers and epic music.

Karl Culley's new album The Owl is out now on iTunes/HMV/Amazon.
You can listen to some previews and more tracks on Karl's SoundCloud or follow him on Twitter for more updates.
He's also touring the UK during May/June, so you can see his fingers set on fire as he strums and picks like no other man on the planet.

Travelling Man, Leeds are now stocking my comics and zines!

My Animal Origami Sets are still available in OK Comics, Leeds too.
Shopping joy.

All available in my Etsy store, if Leeds is far away.

The Lunch Date - Week 3/4

An amalgamation of Week 3 and 4.
The Fortnight of Epic Bank Holidays (TFOEBH) stole a few hours, but back to normal weekly updates from next week.

To catch up on previous Lunch Dates, check the ever-growing Flickr set.

Nineties Man

An impromptu record cover for (film-maker, musician and now doctor) Greig Johnson's Teenage Songbook project.

A little blurb about the album:
"11 recently rediscovered songs I never got round to recording. I was a teenager when I wrote them, now the songs are teenagers themselves.
No rewriting, refining or restructuring allowed - hence the Jack Daniels reference."

You can listen to the album here.
